Krista began her career in St. Louis, MO in 1999 as an associate for a local brokerage. She quickly rose to prominence, earning Rookie of the Year and becoming Director of Career Development and Training. Over the years, Krista developed the careers of numerous agents at various brokerages in St. Louis, gaining recognition as the company’s top talent recruiter.

In 2011, Krista joined Keller Williams, where she continued her passion for changing lives. By 2012, she became part of the leadership team, earning accolades as a top Productivity/Business Coach and Director of Production. Her influence significantly contributed to the growth and success of some of the highest-producing offices in St. Louis.

Krista's dedication to coaching, training, and growth led her to MAPS Coaching in 2018. Since then, she has coached many top real estate producers and Productivity Coaches across the U.S., Canada, and globally. Krista also hosts Productivity Summits, where she develops coaches, businesses, and leaders.
